Wills Design (Pvt) Limited launched in 2009 at Mount Lavinia first undertook orders to tailor staff uniforms in leading five star hotels in the country.
From hotel uniforms to corporate attire the company soon made a name for itself as the provider of perfect cut and fit business suits.
The impressive successes recorded, led the company to venture onto the highly competitive sphere of luxury menswear fashion fanned by the passion of its founder and chairman who wished to see grooms don Wills Design labeled groomswear. Wills Design is famed today as the best in Sri Lanka for high quality groomswear.
Groomswear after some time became a name brand taking the name of the founder of the company and soon turned popular as NB: Namal Balachandra. This led to a new company formulated to carry on the legacy of Wills Design as Namal Balachandra (Private) Limited.
NB: Namal Balachandra will cater to not only grooms but also brides and make it a one stop destination for luxury designer wear for Sri Lanka’s nuptial hopeful men and women.
As a Sri Lankan based company, our future strategies include global expansion into the international markets in Paris, Milan, Melbourne and New York.
